1. Overview

    The Ripple Fiber Service Promise (this "Offer") is provided by Ripple Fiber to eligible customers. This Offer guarantees that you will get double your money back if, during your first 30 days of activation, we fall short of our service promise and can’t make it right. This Offer is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  2. How It Works

    2.1 Customers with unmet service expectations must submit their concern to servicepromise@ripplefiber.com within the first 30 days of their service (the “Initial Service Period”), including name, address, and summary of issue.

    2.2 We will attempt to resolve your concern immediately but will have up to 30 days (the “Resolution Period”), starting from the date of the email submission, to exhaust all attempts at resolution. You must continue your service for a 2nd month if the Resolution Period runs into a 2nd month.

    2.3 Unmet service expectations include internet service issues (i.e. speed, reliability), billing errors or miscommunications, customer service handling that can be validated, and/or a lack of resolution despite multiple attempts by Ripple Fiber.

    2.4 If, during the Resolution Period, we have not been able to resolve your service concern, we will pay the money-back guarantee upon your request.

  3. Eligibility

    3.1 This Offer is available to new customers who subscribe to Ripple Fiber’s residential fiber internet service plans during the promotion period.

    3.2 To qualify for this Offer, customers must be current on their account and have continuous service, without interruption, during the Initial Service and Resolution Periods. Any cancellation or disconnection of service during this time, whether voluntary or due to non-payment, will render the customer ineligible for the Offer.

    3.3 If you cancel your service and subsequently re-subscribe, Ripple Fiber may, at its sole discretion, deny re-enrollment in the Offer, or the terms may differ from your original agreement.

  4. Money Back Guarantee

    4.1 Under this Offer, Ripple Fiber guarantees that you will receive a one-time payment in an amount that is double the monthly price, plus any installation fees, that you have paid for your subscribed internet plan during the Initial Service Period and the Resolution Period.

    4.2 If you decide to remain a Ripple Fiber customer after the expiration of the Resolution Period, you will receive a credit to your account to apply towards future months of service. If you decide to cancel your service, a check will be issued and mailed to the address on file.

  5. Other Terms and Agreements

    5.1 This Offer is subject to all other terms, conditions, and agreements applicable to Ripple Fiber’s services, including but not limited to the Ripple Fiber Internet Service Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Policy.

    5.2 Ripple Fiber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time for new customers. However, existing eligible customers will remain enrolled in the Offer during their Initial Service Period and the Resolution Period, if applicable.

    5.3 The Service Promise is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and the original service address.

  6. Limitations and Exclusions

    6.1 This Offer does not apply to any other fees, taxes, or charges that may apply to your account, including equipment fees, installation charges, or government-imposed taxes and fees, which will be deducted from the amount of the one-time credit to your account.

    6.2 Reimbursements do not apply to issues related to: customer-owned equipment; outages caused by third-party or external causes; service interruptions due to force majeure events (i.e. natural disasters); or fraudulent or abusive claims.

    6.3 This Offer may be voided by any corporate successor of Ripple Fiber LLC.

  7. Governing Law

    This Offer and any disputes arising out of or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which your service is provided, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  8. Acceptance

    By subscribing to Ripple Fiber's internet service plan, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions in full.
