Ripple Fiber currently offers three small business packages: 1 Gig, 2 Gig, 5 Gig, and 8 Gig. Which package is right for your business depends on how many devices you run, how bandwidth-heavy your operations are, and how much performance scalability you desire.

  • 1 Gig: Ideal for small businesses with everyday tools, such as POS systems, cloud apps, video calls, and guest Wi-Fi. The 1 Gig plan will keep all your operations running smoothly across many devices.
  • 2 Gig: Best for high-demand environments that rely heavily on real-time cloud access, large file sharing, or security camera systems. The 2 Gig plan offers extra speed and capacity for peak performance.
  • 5 Gig: Designed for larger-scale operations that require capacity for multiple concurrent video meetings, large file uploads/downloads, or CCTV security systems. The 5 Gig plan includes the added value of VIP tech support and a business phone line.
  • 8 Gig: Ideal for high-density Wi-Fi environments with always-on cloud workloads that require constant syncing, data backups, or content/media production. The 8 Gig plan also includes VIP tech support and a business phone line, while providing maximum bandwidth and seamless handling of consistently heavy network traffic.

How long does the installation appointment take?

Appointment windows are typically two-hour increments, with appointment times available between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.  

What should I expect during my installation?

Our White Glove Installation ensures the setup of your fiber internet is smooth and effortless, with little to no downtime during your business hours. We’ll communicate with you before arrival, thoughtfully assess your business, and promptly create a tailored plan for your equipment setup. From testing speeds and Wi-Fi coverage to connecting your devices, our trained technicians will optimize your business network and ensure your equipment performs at its best.

Are additional wireless access points available?

Yes. Each additional wireless access point costs $30 per month.  

Can I add a static IP to my package?

Yes. Business customers can add a static IP for an additional $30 per month.  

Can I add a phone line for my business?

Yes. Businesses on Ripple Fiber's 5 Gig and 8 Gig plans receive a phone line included at no additional cost. Businesses on 1 Gig and 2 Gig plans can add a phone line for $30 per month, which will be added to their monthly package price.
