Ripple Fiber Complaint Procedures
In the event you experience a problem with your bill or services, you can call Ripple Fiber at 800-359-5767, which is available 24 hours a day. If a complaint remains unresolved, you may elect to write a brief explanation of the complaint and actions taken, and bring them to the attention of Ripple Fiber's corporate office by mailing to Ripple Fiber, Attention: Legal Department, 6000 Fairview Road, South Park Suite 300, Charlotte, NC 28210. During the resolution period, we will not terminate service provided you pay the undisputed portion of any outstanding or future bills.
