Our White Glove Installation ensures the setup of your fiber internet is smooth and effortless. We’ll communicate with you before arrival, thoughtfully assess your home, and promptly create a tailored plan for your equipment setup. 

Exceptional service from day one

Our Service Promise guarantees that if any service issue arises within 30 days of installation, we’ll work quickly to resolve it or we’ll reimburse up to two months of your service fee.

Customize your plan

Can I add an extra access point to my Ripple Fiber plan?

You can add an access point for $10 per month per unit, with a $100 installation fee per unit. During installation, your technician will evaluate your home’s layout and Wi-Fi needs. If additional access points would improve coverage, they’ll let you know and may recommend more than one for the best experience.

Homes over 2,000 square feet, or those with multiple floors, often benefit from an additional access point to keep speeds strong in every room.

Prefer to wait? No problem. You can always add an access point later.

Can I add a home phone line to my Ripple Fiber plan?

For $10/month, our home phone line is an easy way to keep a home phone without traditional phone service. Your number can move with you, and your phone works the way you expect, powered by modern fiber technology.
