Enhancing the customer experience, the upgraded Ripple Fiber app provides users with a refreshed design and extended functionality. Each feature is built with purpose and developed with customer needs in mind, ensuring seamless management of their in-home network.
With easy navigation, the app is designed around four key sections. The home tab starts with the customer’s package overview, while the network tab shares details on network settings. The support tab highlights various ways to receive assistance from Ripple Fiber team members, and the account tab shows billing and profile information.

Package overview
Once users log in, their plan details will appear, including account information and Wi-Fi modem status. Customers can also view the expected speeds and Broadband Facts associated with their current plan.
Network settings
After navigating to Wi-Fi settings from the home screen, users can edit their network name and password and enable band steering (if applicable). Occasionally, users experiencing a connection issue will be directed to restart their modem, which can be done here.
Customer support
Within the support tab, customers can submit a ticket directly in the app by describing the issue and attaching any helpful photos. A chat feature is also available for immediate assistance, along with phone and email information for further support.
Account details
By viewing their profile, users can edit their name, phone number, email address, and street address. The account section also allows for changing the password associated with the app login. Within billing, customers can view upcoming payment details and invoice history.
